AGI Legal Partners Elsie Hakim, Giffy Pardede, Aris Budi Prasetiyo, and Kevin Sidharta contributed the Indonesia chapter to the International Comparative Legal Guide: Competition Litigation 2026 (18th Ed), published by Global Legal Group. The chapter covers common issues in competition litigation law and regulations in Indonesia, including the available interim and final remedies, evidence, justification and defences, limitation periods, settlement, costs, appeals, leniency, and anticipated reforms.
