The chapter covers common issues in technology sourcing, including those relating to procurement processes, dispute resolution procedures, intellectual property rights, data protection and information security, employment law, and outsourcing. Regulations relating to the procurement of cloud computing services, artificial intelligence solutions, and blockchain-based solutions are also discussed.
