US$2 million investment in Mamame Whole Foods led by Granite Asia

Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Granite Asia, who led the US$2 million investment in Mamame Whole Foods (“Mamame”). 

Mamame is an Indonesian brand that aims to revolutionise the snack industry with its innovative, healthy and sustainable snack that combines the rice tradition of Indonesian tempeh with modern dietary needs in the form of tempeh chips.
