US$4.5 million Series A+ financing of McEasy led by Granite Asia
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Granite Asia, a venture capital firm, which led the US$4.5 million Series A+ financing of McEasy.
McEasy is an Indonesia-based logistics management solutions provider. Its solutions comprise a real-time vehicle tracking software, a transportation management system, and a fleet management app, among other features.
